A large-scale test on the islands

This summer, AirLife has lent an atmospheric water generator at Port-Cros National Park. Installed at Fort Sainte-Agathe and the Parc Maison, the machine produced potable water directly from the moisture in the air, in the eyes of the visitors.

An opportunity to introduce our approach to the general public, to answer their questions… and to taste the water from the air!

Fort Sainte-Agathe

A very popular heritage site in the summer: the ideal place to show the machine in action and to make walkers aware of access to clean water.

Maison du Parc in Port-Cros

At the heart of the village, the Maison du Parc welcomes and informs visitors. The machine has naturally found its place there, alongside the Parc team.

Why a test on an island?

On an island, fresh water is a precious resource. An atmospheric generator does not need drilling or a network: it only needs moist air and electricity. The Mediterranean summer, warm and by the sea, makes it possible see the machine working in conditions close to those of our projects.

These weeks of operation allow us to get to know the machine better on a day-to-day basis, before deploying it where there is a real lack of clean water, such as in villages and health centers in the Togo.

Let’s make air a source of drinking water!
