{"id":758,"date":"2024-04-24T13:07:33","date_gmt":"2024-04-24T11:07:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/airlife-asso.org\/?p=758"},"modified":"2025-09-24T12:46:53","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T10:46:53","slug":"installation-de-5-machines-a-agotove-et-deja-10-au-totalce-nest-que-le-debut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/airlife-asso.org\/en\/installation-de-5-machines-a-agotove-et-deja-10-au-totalce-nest-que-le-debut","title":{"rendered":"Installation of 5 water generators in Agotov\u00e9 and already 10 in total...and that's just the beginning!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">At the end of 2023, we had a photovoltaic system installed at the Agotov\u00e9 school, financed by AirLife and the Bouches du Rh\u00f4ne department 13, to ensure that the cost of the energy needed to run future water generators would no longer be an obstacle to water production.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">AirLife called on YOORG, an authorized distributor of Victron Energy solar solutions, to equip the Agotov\u00e9 school with solar panels and lithium batteries. The system can also be used to power other electrical appliances. All energy production is remotely monitored by the Victron Vrm system via a 4G modem and a production analysis portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The shipment of the 5 machines was quite a journey, and the installation an exceptional event for the village. A symbolic number that we have managed to reach thanks to the support of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ampmetropole.fr\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ampmetropole.fr\/\">Metropole Aix Marseille Provence<\/a>the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eaurmc.fr\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.eaurmc.fr\/\">Agence de l'Eau Rh\u00f4ne M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Corse<\/a>from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.departement13.fr\/\">Department of Bo\u00fbches-du-Rh\u00f4ne<\/a> and our local partners Oped and Mairie de Nots\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Flash back!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>June 2022<\/strong> AirLife donates a C8 water generator to the Atchav\u00e9 health center (USP)<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>December 2023<\/strong> Construction of 4 \"ECOSAN\" ecological dry family latrines, hygiene awareness-raising by OPED Togo and installation of 4 mains-connected water generators in the AMAKPAPE, DALI and KLOEGNAME health centers. Observation: easy to deploy in centers with electricity, but this increases the price per liter of water.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>April 2024<\/strong>\u00a0 5 new machines that operate completely independently, so there are no additional costs for the village of AGOTOV\u00c9 thanks to the photovoltaic system financed by AirLife. (<a href=\"https:\/\/airlife-asso.org\/en\/togo-agotove\/\">Agotov\u00e9 project<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Since 2022, AirLife has brought water, sanitation and electricity to 5 villages around Nots\u00e9.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the interests of sustainability and quality control, maintenance and filter replacement have been entrusted to the technical department of the Nots\u00e8 town hall (Haho 1) and to the maintenance contractor Lawson TEVI, whose company TFID operates in the air-conditioning sector.
